Hello, recently my laptop started not working. When I turn it on the HP logo flashes for a second, the fan starts, and then the screen turns blank. The wireless button is orange and the caps lock is not flashing. If I press the caps lock, it will illuminate on its own.
I ran the failure diagnostic and got the following code :
0PNKH0-5K38RP-XD014J-60W203
Failure Code303
DeviceStorageIncludesFloppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive
My question is, is it possible to recover the data saved on my hard drive (pictures, files, etc.)?

The hard drive has failed and will have to be replaced. A retail 2.5" laptop SATA hard drive can be used-Western Digital,Seagate,Toshiba,etc
