Product: HP Pavillion 15 Notebook PC

I recently received my PC back from repair as it had broken off one of its hinge openings. the repair report also said that they fixed the HDD. However when i tried to open the application WORD i received error appVIsvSubsystems32.dll . How do i fix this
?
