I am using a Windows 10 HP laptop I accidentally use a program I shouldn't use because I was trying to fix my wifi because of the windows insider program update. When I power on the laptop, it displays black screen said startup menu.
F1 System Information
F2 System Diagnostics
F9 System Boot Device Options
F10 BIOS Setup
F11 System Recovery
Enter- Continue Startup
For more information, please visit www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup
After waiting for about few minutes, it shows an Blue screen error with the exact following message: Recovery Your PC needs to be repaired. A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed/ Error code: 0xc000000f You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you don't ave any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your system administrator or PC manufacturer. I'm afraid of losing everything please help me.
The system recovery is not working I keep pressing F11 repeatedly and is not working.

Try to play with UEFI option
1. First, when turning on the computer, press and hold the "F2" key. You should be taken to BIOS.
2. Go to the "Security" tab inside BIOS and then go to "Secure Boot".
3. Disable "Secure Boot".
4. Now go to "Advanced" and then highlight "System Configuration" and hit Enter.
5. Go to the Boot Mode and change it to "CSM" mode.
6. Hit "Enter" on "SATA Controller" mode and set it to "Compatibility" mode.
7. Now you want to "Save" and "Exit".
Still getting errors
