Getting error 0xc0000225 on my laptop that is pre-loaded with Windows 11. How do I get the USB to fix the issue?

Welcome to HP Community.

I understand that your computer is not booting to Windows and you are getting an error 

Request you to perform and startup repair on the computer.

For assistance in creating the recovery kit on a USB, follow the procedure in the below link.
