I was busy on my laptop when it completely shut down and started to reboot. Got an error message basically saying my boot hard rive is not found. I followed procedure 1 and my laptop passed the smart check but failed short DST. My failure ID is RGF3NW-9029H1-GXGGRG-60QU03. PLEASE HELP
