Hi,

My laptop was acting up recently and I decided to give it a factory reset. I did not need my files.

After resetting, I got the error: BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND. After entering diagnostics, I ran a Hard Drive Check -> Quick Check.

I got this error code: 00AB1F-AQEBMJ-KPPTXU-60SD03

Is there any fix for it, apart from replacing the hard drive of course?

Hi:

Enter the requested information at the link below and it should provide a general report regarding the failure code.

You will most likely have to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
