Welcome to the user forum!

Certainly not a message you want to see, but don't panic.

You will need a USB thumb drive with at least 8GB capacity and you can create the installation media here:

https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10

You could then boot with the media and run Startup Repair and see how far it can take you.

People are using their precious remaining lifetime to try and help, so it is common courtesy to come back and tell what the solution eventually was even if you found it elsewhere. It is for the benefit of everyone.

Good news!

You might want to take a look at the hard disk health parameters and keep an eye on them in case they start showing signs of impending failure.

An easy tool would be the Speccy utility (the free version is fine):

https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download

In the end of the Storage section you can see what the hard drive thinks of it's own health.
