Hi I have one of your pc which I bought over a year ago I got no installation discs with it and now getting error error code 0xc000000f and it says contact manufacturer. hELP

Certainly not a message you want to see, but don't panic.
You will need a USB thumb drive with at least 8GB capacity and you can create the installation media here:
https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10
You could then boot with the media and run Startup Repair and see how far it can take you.

Good news!
You might want to take a look at the hard disk health parameters and keep an eye on them in case they start showing signs of impending failure.
An easy tool would be the Speccy utility (the free version is fine):
https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download
In the end of the Storage section you can see what the hard drive thinks of it's own health.
