after starting up i get the message "AccelerometerST.exe System error" "VCRUNTIME140.dll file is missing.

please can you help so i can fix

Please try installing the HP 3D Driveguard  .This chipset driver is responsible for protecting the HDD from failures

The accelerometer.exe is a file associated with the HP 3D driveguard

ok thanks, I have uninstalled that program and done a restart and the error message has gone.
