HP Recommended

When trying to reset my daughters laptop to factory settings with HP Cloud Recovery Tool, I get an error message:

 

Serial Number: 1E6Y7EA#UUW

Error: 0xC00404

 

I have tried to download the recovery software on two different PCs.

Check this:

If tool not working then you can also clean install windows using Microsoft windows iso. After installation, run windows update to get it installed all hp drivers.
