Hi Everyone! I need some help.
my uncle bought a Refurbished HP laptop for my younger sister and it had Zero Space, it seemed as if the programs were downloaded onto the laptop and took up all the space. My Sister has a Disability has a disability so she didn’t quite understand what I was saying about needing space. She basically deleted everything that was on the laptop, EVERYTHING! It’s like the Laptop needs a Laptop. Is there anyway I can fix this?

Try 1 first, then 2.

1 - see if you have cloud recovery
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

2 - do a clean install of windows 10 or 11.

make sure you get home or pro that matches the license for the laptop.

Please provide the Product ID or exact model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
