Since the issue persists after performing all the T/S steps and as the Notebook is still under warranty, I suggest you contact HP Support and our Support Engineer should be able to Remote into your Notebook and sort this out

Well, after some time, the problem has returned. I thought we were good since I didn't hear the fan running constantly and the audiodg process wasn't running hot when I did hear the fan. I double-checked and confirmed that hardware acceleration is still disabled, but it's no longer helping. I guess I'll just wait for a new Realtek driver since that is what is needed to resolve. If someone can expedite that process it would be greatly appreciated.
