HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0077TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently purchased an HP laptop model: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0077TU. The Microsoft store was crashing and when I checked online it was showing the laptop was out of warranty since November, 2019. How did the warranty expire when I just got it a few days ago in December, 2019? Also can I get the warranty extended?

Thanks,

Shilpa Isaac

Greets,

If you have purchased it from a reliable source & have a genuine bill, It should not be a problem to get back your free warranty period.

You can contact the seller.

Apart from that, you can contact online hp customer support for your region, mention all the things & check your options with them. If you register your product online that should come handy to get your warranty back.

Thanks. ...
