I have had the misfortune of dealing with the run around now for nearly an hour. Back in March I purchased the extended warranty when the pop-up came up on my computer. Today (now original warranty is expired) I get another pop up telling me that I am out of warranty. I have talked to online help agents and phone agents and no one is able to help me.

@MichelleH17 I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
