Hi Alden4
Product number is as follows:
7K832EA#ABU
I hope that is correct. It should correspond to an HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eh3000na.
It's the full list of F key functions as I know each manufacturer, with a different bios, can often create their own.
Tnx.

Hi @messmanager,
Thank you for your response,
The function keys (F1 through F12) on HP Pavilion laptops typically serve various functions, both individually and in combination with the "Fn" (Function) key. However, specific functions can vary depending on the laptop model, operating system, and any custom software or drivers that might be installed. As of my last update in September 2021, here are the general functions associated with the function keys on many HP Pavilion laptops:
- F1: Opens the Help menu for the active application.
- F2: Renames a selected item (file, folder, etc.).
- F3: Opens the search function (depending on the context).
- F4: Opens a list of active applications or tasks.
- F5: Refreshes the active window or the desktop.
- F6: Decreases the brightness of the display.
- F7: Increases the brightness of the display.
- F8: Toggles wireless connectivity on/off (Wi-Fi).
- F9: Opens the "Windows Settings" app (on Windows operating systems).
- F10: Activates the menu bar in the active application.
- F11: Enters and exits full-screen mode in some applications (like browsers).
- F12: Opens the "Save As" dialog box (in many applications) or accesses the BIOS settings during startup (on some models).
Remember that the actual functions might vary based on your laptop's configuration and any changes HP has made to their keyboard layout or software since my last update.
Additionally, on many laptops, you might need to press the "Fn" key in combination with the function keys to access these secondary functions. For example, pressing "Fn + F5" might refresh the active window.
If you would like to thank us for our efforts to help you, please go to the public post and click on "Accepted Solution" and give us a virtual high-five by clicking on the "Thumbs Up" icon.
Take care and have a great day ahead!

OK.
Sorry, Aide4, you seemed to have misunderstood.
I'm after ALL F key functions at boot/startup. All of the others are quite plainly stated.
OK, F12 for Bios, but what about selecting drive to boot from. ie; M2 Sata or USB.
Now THESE would be really helpful.
Tnx.

Hey Alden4...News flash!
The HP support team that you suggest I contact is, surprise-surprise, YOU!
YOU are supposed to be the SUPPORT team.
If you cant answer my question then say so!
If you wont answer my question, then say so!
If you don't have the knowledge to answer my question then SAY SO!
It's so simple.
It's no good saying YOU have limited support when it is YOU who answered my question in the first place, identifying yourself as an HP employee. From all of your replies it would appear you are NOT an HP staff member nor have you anything to do with them nor do you offer any support.
You actually underscore your pseudonym with the title 'HP Support'!
So how can you ask me to contact HP Support when YOU are HP support!
Have you been lying to me?
Have you been lying about being an employee of HP?
YOU are no support at all and are, quite possibly, a shill out to bloat your own importance and con the customer.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
