Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer since you did not post the model number of the PC, would be to clean install W10 by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive using the Media Creation Tool at the link below. You will need an 8 GB flash drive for this purpose.

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your model PC's support page...
