So I've been having a difficult time factory resetting my laptop, it's been acting slow and I'm unable to do anything on it. The biggest issue is I know how to do the factory reset but everytime I try to do it I get a message saying. ( You have to clear memory space before being able to reset) I've tried many times to clear memory but I've had nothing change and I'm unsure of what I should do about this.

You really do have to clear everything off, except Windows itself.
Disk CleanUp is the place to start.
Backup all Data into the Cloud or onto a USB stick, and remove any apps that can be re-installed after the reset.
