Linux

I attempt to update my laptop bios using a usb drive. I used the HP bios update and recovery tool on another pc that has window installed. Since my laptop just has arch Linux on it, I figured choosing to create the recovery usb drive was my best option. I used a 64GB 3.0 usb drive to create the bios update. I followed the instructions to get into bios updating mode (win + B) press the power button for 2 second and keep pressing win + B until I saw a blue screen appear. What I saw was the blue screen and in the middle of the screen it says bios updating block. After about 3-4 minutes the progress bar was about halfway and the laptop powered off. I waited for 4-5 minutes and it did not turn back on. When I press the power button the light on it was lit. After about 10 seconds the light went off for 2-3 send and came back on, which persist for another 10 seconds or so and went away. The entire time the screen was black nothing shows on the screen. Now when I attempt to go back into the bios updating mode, and press the Win +B keys the power button continue to behave the same but this time the CAPS lock key blink twice and the laptop is off until  I press the power button again. Another weird thing is when I unplug or plug in the charging cable the power button light up and turn off. It does that without me pressing it. The battery is also full charge. Any solution would be appreciated.
