I have had the same password for a while now and never had any issues before logging in. All of a sudden we are having issues. I know my password is correct but it still says invalid. I am not able to reset. Says I need a usb drive which I do not have and wouldn’t know what to do after. I’ve tried restarting. Nothing is working.
