Product: Hp ENVY 4-1200 ultrabook

I have had this note book for a week, its started coming on the screen on startup * Failed to connect to windows. Windows couldnt connect to the group. Policy clent. This problem prevents standard users from signing in* Does anyone know what i can do to start this out. Thank you
