I have a hp 14-2045cl. [Pn] 20J11UA#ABA AND A FRIEND I LET BORROW IT PUTT LINIX ON IT AND APEENTLY ERASED WINDOWS I THINK I ERASED EVERTHING ON IT NOW can't boot to anything it says faild to set moklistrt out of resources. Import _mok-state. Faild something has gone seriously wrong. What do I need to fix issue?

Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can install on another PC running W7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook,
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will also need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

Since you need to use the tool on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search box after you install it to create the recovery media.
