Hi!  After running HP Diagnostics the following failure code appeared:  98ACXA-8AX9NJ-GXGK6K-60BS03 (the smart check failed for Drive 1).  

 

Looking for options and what to do next??

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

The failure ID indicates Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure.

 

You may replace the Hard Drive with a 1-TB, 5400-rpm, 2.5-in. Spare Part# 778192-005. Refer to page# 43-45 of the User Guide for steps to replace the Hard Drive. 

 

If the PC is still in warranty, you may reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the drive replacement.
