Most likely, you need to replace the current 512 GB M.2 NVMe SSD with a new drive and install Windows on it.
You can use HP Cloud Recovery Tool to create a bootable recovery usb drive that will install a factory image on the new drive. See the link below for how to use the recovery tool.
