Fan speed

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion - 15-bc406tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After updating to the latest BIOS version, my second fan is still slow . 

While gaming the second fan run at speed of 150 rpm and first one at 4k+ rpm ,while this was not the case before updating BIOS . Please help , thanks.
