Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv1000 (464V0AV)

Hi, I am new to this community. I joined today, to get some support for HP laptop. As i am out of warranty i paid for technical support,  had a virtual chat/support with an agent but whilst downloading windows 11 onto a usb as advised i lost connection with the agent. Unfortunately, i have had no luck reconnecting with anyone else since then despite calling the contact centre and all. Can someone please advise

Hi, thanks for your response but unfortunately the issue still persists. The problem relates to the SSD not appearing during installation despite no fault with SSD.  In addition the HP Cloud recovery tool also throws an error. See below. Any help would be much appreciated

Then create bootable Usb with windows 11 iso from Microsoft and rufus software in gpt partition. Disable VMD or change sata mode or storage configuration to ACHI, unless you need rst.
