Flickering White and Orange lights on my charger

HP Recommended
HP Laptop 15-bs0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, can anyone enlighten me with the problem above? Let me brief about it a bit.

So, the first time it happened about roughly a month ago after I finished pluging out my HDMI from my laptop and suddenly the screen display goes off and I certainly knows that it was due to no battery at all. I wonder about the issue since before it gave out the notification saying that my laptop should connect to the charger.

But now, I noticed that my charger port is flickering white and orange lights sometimes. Now the screen display completely and automatically shut down without warning upon the battery reached below 20%. I already run out the factory test on the AC adapter and also the battery. The tests were all saying PASSED but I wonder why the light is still indicating that the battery was full although I know it didn't as it flickers the ORANGE colour.

Hope to see a solution soon. I'm worried if I need to change my battery or the AC adapter.
