This feature requires removable media, such as a floppy disk or usb flash drive. Please insert a floppy disk or connect a usb flash drive, and then try again.
I tried googling and i made it worse. I not to sure exactly what i did but i know i was in Advanced Bboit options. So now when i turn on my laptop a blue window pops up sayong : enter administatve password or power on password. I know that password so after i enter password it takes me to the screen i that wants the pasdword i dont know. I really really need someone to please help md with this i have no clue what im doing but i feel like i keep making it worse. I dont have any disc for it either. I also am trying to avoid having to factory reset cause theres alot of things im not surs if i backup or not. Alot of pictures with the kids and their grandparents who arnt with us anymore. Please HeLp, ?

Greetings @JoeBriCod52, I am the @Chimney_83. It looks like you were interacting with @The_Fossette, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.
If you are still getting the power on password prompt on startup.
You would have to contact HP phone support for a hardware service as the motherboard may require a tattoo/Bios Flash.

Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.
I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to login to the unable as you do not remember the windows password.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
- When was the last time the computer was working fine?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
