Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
I bought my Laptop 1 year ago, and I noticed that when I close the lid and put the pc in a good 'Targus' case I bought to protect it, it really gets hot. So last time I was going to study, found it hot, used it for around 20 min~, then it froze and made a buzzing sound, now every time I reboot it after the freeze, I can work for around 5 to 30 minutes before it freezes. I re-downloaded windows, deleted my apps, cleaned the Fan and around it with a compressed air machine ( with a pro ), so far i used it for more than 30 min, turned on 'Ultimate perfomance mode', downloaded Google Chrome and VLC media player ( then it froze again). So I wanted to ask for help here, I don't really know which informations I should give you to help you help me out here, thanks.

Hi,

Try performing HP diagnostics at boot and see if any hardware failures are detected. You can perform the system test.

So, turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on the PC and continuously keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears.

Press F2 to enter diagnostics and perform the test/tests.

Let me know,

David

Hi, so far I did the Windows memory Diagnostics, and it said ' The Windows Memory Diagnostic tested the computer's memory and detected no errors ', I also tried to update my display adaptors drivers, but it didnt work too..
What can I do next?

Khaled
