Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have recently bought 4 laptops for my kids for christmas. It was suppose to come with Windows 7. For whatever reason the person put linux on it. I did a fresh install of Windows 7 from microsoft support. Now half of the drivers are missing. They are not labeled in the device manager, and manually going through and downloading drivers and hoping im getting the right one has taken so far 10 hours with no sucess. I have tried to update drivers but nothing comes back. What can I do?
