Microsoft Windows 11

I want to install fresh MS 11 for my Laptop

I have done USB drive bootable through steps through cmd window diskpart -> list disk -> sel disk 1 -> clean -> create partition primary -> list par -> sel par 1 -> format fs=exFAT quick -> active -> Exit -> copied the MS11 ISO image on to pen drive.  Now It is exepceted to be bootable now with ISO image file.

After restart the system, it is not booting from USB ( Even though 1st priority is set as USB drive )

Anything am I missing in this process

Hi:

To boot from the USB flash drive, have it plugged into a USB port.

Turn on or restart the notebook.

Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that select the EFI USB flash drive and press the enter key.

The PC should boot from the flash drive.
