Hi. Please can anyone offer a solution to stop the AccelerometerSt.exe system error appearing everytime I turn on my HP Pavilion Notebook? 

I can not print using my Deskjet3630 All in one printer either wirelessly or using a USB connection on my HP Pavilion Notebook but  I can print wirelessly on my HP Pavilion x 2 detachable Notebook.

Any suggestions  would be much appreciated.

Hi,

 

Open windows Control Panel, open Programs and Features, right click the entry for HP 3D DriveGuard and select Uninstall.

 

When this has completed, restart the notebook.

 

When windows has reloaded, download and install the version of HP 3D DriveGuard on the following link.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78033.exe

Hi Dave,

 

Many thanx for your solution for the above problem which I tried.

 

The AccelerometerSt.exe - System Error no longer appears.

 

I'm now getting the following message when I try to print :-

 

splwow64.exe-Ordinal Not found.

 

The original 342 could not be located in the dynamic link library

 

C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\DRIVERS\X64\3\mxdwdrv.dll

 

Again, please are you able to help resolve this problem?
