Product: G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a G6 laptop that will not let me get past the Startup password. I am trying to recover the data from the OS for my stepmother who is the owner. She does not know of any startup password which I am assuming is a BIOS password. I can enter an incorrect password 3 times until it disables and gives me the error message 92838695. I am trying to recover her data to move to a new HP laptop she has purchased. Please help!
