Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using Spectre x 360-ac058tu. I am getting a message on the screen Activate Windows. Go to Settings to Activate Windows. I purchased this product with a pre-activated windows version. Now i a getting this error message. Could anyone help on this issue

Hi,

Did you reinstall the OS on the machine?

Are you connected to internet?

If you go into settings > update and security > activation > and click on troubleshoot what happens

Hello David. No. I haven't reinstalled it. I just updated the windows with the updates sent by microsoft and I am doing it for the past 3 years. Yes I am connected to the internet. 

 

I did the Trouble shoot which you suggested and I got a message " we found a digital license for Windows 10 Pro. To activate this device, select activate.

Hello David. The issue has been resolved after following your instructions. Thanks a lot for your help. After selecting the activation, the product has been activated with the confirmation " Windows is activated with a digital license key linked to your microsoft account. Thanks for your help
