The Community can not provide any assistance without some details ...

So, please provide the following:
1) OS version the PC is running (i.e., Win7, Win8x, Win10)
2) Age of the PC
3) Detailed description of the problem -- including the EXACT wording of any error message being displayed

Once you provide the needed details, someone will reply.

This PC is running on Windows 10, and there hasn’t been any specific messages of error from the laptop itself. And I’ve bought this laptop about Mid-August and have returned it twice to get fixed for more than 2 weeks, but there has been no progress.
