It's Patrick Dowling @ macsOrlando, in Winter Park, FL, back for a bit of a hit on how to fix this Beautiful HP laptop.

When it boots it presents a Pop-up Screen:

   Screen Named: (Something) Compatibity

   Issue: H P Accelerometer

   Statement: The above is incompatable with this version of the Windows OS.

Additional Info link = NO help @ all.

Went to your site for this laptop and clicked on HP Assistant. It ran, and ran, and ran, and ran.... and never produced a finished list of tasks.

Have you got a link to a fix for me for my client who owns this computer, please.
