Thank you for the information.
I checked the failure ID you have shared and it looks like the hard drive is gone bad and needs replacement.
If you are comfortable replacing the hard drive, you can purchase the hard drive from the HP part surfer.
Follow the steps in the below article for detailed instructions.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00372736
Or else you can contact the support team and they will assist you in ordering the part.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.

2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.
- What is the product number of your computer?
- What is the operating system you are using?
- What is the exact issue you are facing?
- Are you getting a failure ID when you run the hard drive test?
Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!
