When checking the disk gives error 0GBV59-7QJ9HW-MFPWMG-60QC03 what does this mean?

That means internal hard drive has failed and has to be replaced with a new one of similar form factor.

You can buy any good branded 2.5 inch SATA HDD or SSD.

 

Use recovery media that you must have created after first setup of this notebook, to factory reset OS after replacement.

 

If you need to back up any data from failed drive, you can try to connect it to another PC using SATA to USB adapter and try to copy the files through explorer.
