Hello. I want to update the BIOS on my laptop, but I'm having trouble. I downloaded the latest BIOS update from HP's driver page and every time I try to install it, I get an error "Copy process failed" (screenshot included). I then tried updating the BIOS manually from a flash drive (using HP's official guide), but the "Hardware Diagnostics UEFI" in step 3 looks totally different on my laptop (screenshot included). I have three options in total and none of them are "Firmware Management". I then went and downloaded "HP Diagnostics UEFI - ver 7.9.0.0" from this link, but the Harware Diagnostics UEFI screen stayed the same.
Has anyone faced the same issue? If yes, were you able to fix it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Laptop model: HP 15-ba080ng
Current BIOS version: F.24
