PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_167E103C&REV_30 << I have this Unknown DEVICE. in BASE system devices. please link me driver link.

Hi,

 

Pleae try:

 

(a) Right click and uninstall it,

(b) Reboot machine,

(c) Re-install it or try an older driver

 

           http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp52001-52500/sp52344.exe

That is for the JMicron Media Card Reader. Please try the following driver
