Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop has been restarting for more than half an hour from now and still restarting after the message pop uped don't interrupt the screen will blinks and something like that I didn't touch anything from that time I don't want know what to do now please help me fast the laptop still running

Try to recover the BIOS:

If needed try BIOS F.42 to make a recovery usb:

If you are still under warranty contact HP:

I tried to use HP bios recovery it worked and bios started to install but when it finished it return to the same situation what I must do I need to use it today I can't send it to warranty

is it a difficult troble? v.42 has bad bug with wrong boot inicialization, but downgrade to v.40 or older impossible, and we are a the trap is when we can not forward not backward...
