Recreate the USB on another PC using Rufus (MBR/BIOS scheme, FAT32, Windows ISO from Microsoft). Disable Fast Boot in the BIOS first if available, then try booting into it. If it still doesn't work, recreate it again with GPT partitioning and try once more. If the issue persists, get professional help, ask a tech guy you know, or contact an HP store/local shop to see if they can install Windows. Since the laptop is very old, if they suggest costly repairs, I recommend avoiding them and getting a new laptop instead.

Which CPU is has? Since driver not available official, you can Enter BIOS and look for SATA Configuration or Storage options. If set to RAID, change it to AHCI, this often resolves detection issues without extra drivers on SATA HDD/SSD systems like yours. Save changes, exit, and retry the install.

Create it again using Rufus software in MBR partition. Do do this:
Requirements
- A USB drive (minimum 8 GB).
- Official Microsoft Windows ISO file (download from microsoft site)
- Latest Rufus (portable version from rufus.ie, e.g., rufus-4.12.exe).
Preparation Steps
- Backup data on the USB, as it will be erased.
- Insert the USB into your computer.
- Download and run Rufus.exe (no installation needed).
Rufus Configuration
1. In Rufus, select your USB under Device (it auto-detects).
2. Click SELECT under Boot selection and choose your Windows ISO.
3. Set Partition scheme to MBR
4. Leave Target system as BIOS (or non UEFI), file system as NTFS,.
Create the bootable USB
- Click START, accept any prompts for files or warnings.
- Wait 5-10 minutes for formatting and copying (progress turns green with "READY").
- Safely eject the USB and install windows using this.
