Your PC does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.

 

You can install W11 on your notebook, but you would have to use a workaround that bypasses the W11 hardware checks.

 

If you are interested in doing an in-place upgrade from W10>W11 on your PC, watch this video which is currently the easiest way that I know of to do that.
