Hello all,
I have an HP 250 G8 Notebook PC not allowing for PXE Boot. This is the second machine I have got with this issue. The other machine with this issue is a HP Pavilion x360 PC. It appears that the disk partitions seem to be hidden and that's the reason as to why it can't image via PXE. I know this because I went to install a windows 10 installation media via USB and the partitions were hidden until I loaded Intel rapid storage driver for the 11th gen.
I just want to know if there is a bios setting that needs to be turned on to make the partitions visible to image for PXE boot and Is it going to be like this for every new machine that comes out?
Thanks

Hi @ShoddyTech
this happens only with 10 th and 11 th generation processors, and it is not caused by HP, but by Microsoft not incorporating those drivers in Windows.
If the operating system is not preinstalled by HP you should always do these steps

This for this link

And you can directly download Intel RST driver from Intel, the file F6flpy-x64 (Intel® VMD).zip

Tell us something we don't know brother! (Epic PP ((Profile PIC)) By the way!).
So from what I understand using these drivers can only be done in PE and are only temporarily applied. Is there not a workaround to actually let us image over PXE on this Gen? Have you heard of future Gens doing this?
