Hi, I have a problem on my laptop because I deleted the administrator account. Only one locak left. Now I can't do anything on it, e.g. install a program, or what I am most interested in is resetting windows 11 to factory settings. It keeps showing User Account Control and each action shows a window without a YES button.
Via USB and ISO file I also can not because I do not have Bitlocker or it does not show me the drive on which to install the system - here also I can not download drivers to the C drive to install them because the above issue with no YES button appear.
What can I do ?
Thanks

Hi:
If you want to clean install Windows and when you get to the screen that asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows,' it cannot find any drives, you have to install the Intel storage controller drivers that I zipped up and attached below, which are good for PC's with the Intel 11th gen > 13th gen core processors.
Copy the 5 files from the F6/VMD/f6vmdflpy-x64 folder to a USB flash drive.
iastorvd.cat
iastorvd.inf
iastorvd.sys
rstmweventlogmsg.dll
rstmwservice.exe
Have the flash drive and your W11 installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the W11 installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next, and Windows should find the drive and install.

Thanks for quick help.
the drivers appeared and as soon as they were installed, there was a choice of discs to choose from. However, for each of them, a appears notification saying that the system cannot be installed on it (because the bitlocker function in the control panel has to be disabled/off). Unfortunately, as I do not have administrator account, I cannot deactivate this.

You're very welcome.
The only other suggestion I can offer, would be to first clean the disk using the Diskpart utility when you are at the 'Install Now' screen.
- 1. From inside Windows Setup, press Shift+F10 to open a command prompt window.
- 2. Type Diskpart and press the enter key.
- 3..Type List disk. (look for your disk number, check the size of the disk)
- 4. Type select disk <disk number>. example: Select disk0 (select the disk you want to format)
- 5. Type Clean.
Then try to install Windows.

What if you try cleaning the disk after you get Windows to see it, after you load the storage controller drivers?
If that doesn't work either, you will have to remove the encrypted drive and install a new drive.
Below is the link to the service manual.
