Hi

I am at a total loss. 
I cannot recreate or willingly recreate the issue because it simply happens randomly.. whether I am browsing.. streaming.. working.. Ytubing.. filing.. playing.. it doesn't matter.
I have had Microsoft Support take remote access for days on end (3 to be exact).. eventually reinstalling from scratch.
I ran all HP support diagnostics tools - passing every test.
I ran all Windows diagnostic tools - passing every test.

Yet when least expected... CRASH!!
Sometimes 6 or more times a day... Then no crashes for 4 days and then again it will start.

 

Is there anybody out there who knows how to help me PLEASE..

Or am I all alone in this world with this possessed laptop??

I can only tell you are not alone, other than this problem my HP 255 is glitch free. My issue is always provoked by a video or Gif.
I have tried to find a solution. Drivers/codec/clashing software is probable.
