posso installare Windows 11sul mio vecchio notebook hp 550, su cui è ancora installato Windows Vista Home Basic? Windows 11 è compatibile con hp 550?

Your notebook does not meet any of Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements which can be found at the link below.

 

Windows 11 requisiti di sistema - Supporto tecnico Microsoft

 

Also, in order to upgrade to W11, you would have first needed to install W10, and you would have to buy a license and product key for W10.

 

It is not worth spending the money for W10 on such an old notebook.
