HP Accelerometer Driver not working on Win 10 Creator Update (1709)

Hi,

For three weeks I have this laptop and after a update from windows 10 to Windows 10 creators 1709 two days ago I get the following error:

HP Accelerometer

This App can't run on this PC

 HP accelerometer doesn't work on this version of Windows. An updated app may be available.

I have downloaded the latest HP 3D DriveGuard driver sp81885 for the Probook 470 G4 but I still get the error.

I hope that somebody can help me.

Did you try to do anything except read?

yes I did I have downloaded the latest HP 3D DriveGuard driver sp81885 for the Probook 470 G4 and installed just like some said on the forum.

Hi, @Monique1966

Here is the link to the latest fix for that issue from HP...the updated driver file is toward the bottom of the webpage (sp83846).

Your model has the same 3D driveguard hardware version as those listed in the support document.
