Good day...
I'm having this issue right now, my HP Support Assistant keep on saying that there is an HP BIOS Update Available... This is the F.35 version. This message keep on repeating even i already update my laptop to this version...
After downloading and intalling this update if i click "check for updates and messages" in my HP Support Assistant it will show me the same HP BIOS Update Version F.35... I've done this for around 3 or 4 time already.. I've been dealing this for 3 days already.
Need your kind assistance...
Thanks

Can you select the update and set it to "trash" or "ignore"?
If you would rather do so (or if it is necessary because you cannot trash / ignore):
Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features >
Scroll down, find, Uninstall the HP Support Assistant
After the uninstall is completed, Restart the computer and log in
Important NOTE:
When / If asked whether you want to save any of the presets / personal HPSA information, respond to have any (personal) data associated with the program removed along with the HPSA software.
Download and Save
- If you have ‘Admin’ control, you may highlight the package and “double-click” to install it, else Right-Click, select run as Administrator and install.
- After the software is installed: Restart the computer and log in

For later - Commentary
If you wish to do so, open the HPSA program > Settings > and adjust the settings to "Check for Updates" instead of automatically download and installing them.
Example
Adjusting the settings to "Notify" still lets you "Check for updates now" and get a list of potential updates. After the list is completed, "trash / ignore" any update you do not wish to install.
For best overall results, it is recommended that you install the BIOS update manually (download, save and install the BIOS from your product's Software and Support Website).
