My sons HP Chromebook x360 ( purchased at Christmas) was completely dead. After being plugged in for several hours it wasn’t charged. He thought it was the charger so we borrowed 2 similar chargers, although one is Dell and one is Lenovo they are the same type of power cords. It had been plugged in for days and still nothing. The battery on this model is not removeable , and we tried all the suggested restart / hold power button fixes. Nothing is working.
unfortunatly he needs this as school is being done remotely during the corona virus pandemic. And HP support is either overwhelmed or **bleep** down as I cannot get any help. Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and can offer help. Thank you
