HP Client Security Manager Error 1722

I managed to install the client security manager successfully by using the workaround but it failed to start the application after the reboot, long time no response,  whether someone had the similar issue?

I also managed to install it too using the workaround but the application itself won't start with the following error message.

 A strongly-named assembly is required. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131044)

I am also getting 1722 error while removing backup files. The error occurs on UninstallKeyboardMaps.8C279921_A67C_4144_84FC_19F14CD63032, location: C:\WINDOWS\...\MSICF66.tmp, command: /RemoveKeyboardMaps

I removed the text you said to remove and saved the file after, but the installation proccess still won't work.  I had to find the ShortcutPinning file by searching for it, I couldn't find the file folder that you mentioned ("{481CCD48-45A4-4630-B505-4B5ACDF0177D").  Would you mind helping me with this?
